  • Shopping Experience - Learn how to read labels, find the essentials for starting and maintaining your new lifestyle.  Learn how to navigate through YOUR local grocery store and learn money saving tips. We will re-stock your kitchen with the essentials necessary to reaching your goals.

As a veteran triathlete & ultra-runner I have the experience and know-how to get you from the couch to your first 5K.  I can assist you in getting a PR in you next marathon and/or getting you through your first Ironman triathlon as well as everything else in between.   Let me help you get the most out of your time without all the mistakes and injuries that are bound to happen without proper guidance.  With my one on one coaching you will receive personal attention and a customized training plan for your event. Each program will be specifically tailored to your current fitness level, work., life and family schedule as well as your personal goals and priorities.
