- 2 ripened bananas
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach (2-3 packed cups)
- 1-1.5 cups coconut water
- 1-1.5 cups frozen mango/pineapple
Put all ingredients in the blender with the frozen fruit going in last. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
